What we offer

Three services, each doing one thing well

No bundles. No minimum commitments. Each service is designed to stand on its own — so you can start with what you actually need and add more when it makes sense.

How to choose

Start with what fits now

A solo therapist opening their first studio has different needs from a team of eight with multiple revenue streams. We designed our services to be useful at every stage — taken individually or alongside each other.

Salon bookkeeping

Service 01

Salon Bookkeeping

$200 / month

Tidy bookkeeping that tracks service and retail income alongside costs, kept current and easy to read. Suited to salons, spas, and studios that want dependable records without adding to a busy day.

What's included

  • Monthly reconciliation of income and expenses
  • Service and retail income tracked as separate lines
  • Plain-language monthly summary alongside records
  • Records maintained in consistent format month to month
  • Organised records for tax-time handover

Well suited for

Studios that currently track finances manually or in basic spreadsheets, and want something reliable without having to manage it themselves. Also useful for those who've outgrown a general bookkeeper who doesn't understand service-retail income.

Service 03

Service & Retail Margin Review

$420 one-off

A plain look at the margins behind your services and retail lines, helping you understand what truly contributes. We share findings gently, leaving pricing and product decisions with you.

What's included

  • Per-service margin calculation across your full menu
  • Retail product margin breakdown by product line
  • Comparison of service vs retail contribution
  • Written summary in plain language, no accounting jargon
  • Brief debrief call to answer any questions on findings

When it tends to be useful

Many owners commission a margin review once a year as a financial check-in, or when they're considering changing prices or adding new services. It's a one-time cost for a clear, specific picture.

Common questions

A few things people ask before starting

Do I need to use all three services?
Not at all. Each service is independent. Many clients start with bookkeeping and add staff reporting later as their team grows. The margin review is typically taken as a one-off, not a standing service.
How does onboarding work?
We start with a short conversation to understand how your studio operates — income sources, team structure, software you use. From there we agree on scope and get set up, typically within a few days. No lengthy forms to fill in advance.
What if I'm switching from another bookkeeper?
Transitions involve some admin — transferring records, ending the previous arrangement, getting access to the right accounts. We handle as much of this as we can on our side and guide you through the rest. It usually takes a few business days.
Is there a minimum contract period?
We ask for a short initial period to give the arrangement a fair chance to bed in — bookkeeping tends to improve in quality over the first few months as we learn your studio's patterns. We'll discuss the specifics when we talk.
Do you work with studios outside of the US?
Yes. Our clients are spread across North America, Europe, and beyond. We work in English and prices are listed in USD. If you have jurisdiction-specific tax requirements, we'll discuss how those are handled before you commit to anything.

Not sure which service fits?

Send us a message with a bit about your studio and where things stand. We'll suggest a starting point — no pressure to commit to anything from that first conversation.
